The fabric that we got from the Louie Family, out in Colorado, which depicts Chinese children holding
lanterns and flying kites is simply precious. The detail is exquisite! I think I may need to get some more of this fabric! The Moon festival is celebrated on the 15th day of the 8th lunar month--I'll have to post more information about the lunar calendar in the future. We were planning on celebrating Autumn by going up for the Rogers Chinese Lantern Festival in Toronto, Canada, but we didn't make it. Hopefully they will be doing it again next year, it is supposed to be fabulous!
