Something has gone all willy-nilly with my blog design so I had to revert to an old design holder from quite a while ago while I figure out what is going wrong. I made a new banner and color scheme that was looking so lovely and fresh and clean and then something herky jerky happened. Somehow it occured on my live blog instead of the test blog, naturally. While the elves try to get back on solid ground I have put an old design to work. I need to get my blog design stuff more orderly. Seems to be my mantra, got to get more orderly...got to get more orderly...got to get more orderly...got to get more orderly...
In the next few weeks this blog, well my on-line and off-line presence in general will be going through a major overhaul, hoeing out, tidying, flush, organization, refurbishing, sprucing, brightening. This blog has been experimental and not much more than a dabbling for some time now. I don't know if it is spring fever or what but everything is getting the once over around here. It all started with a new design for my virtual self and new vacuum cleaner for real self. So I am off to sing a happy working song. The clutter is just not helping the creative mind. The studio is to be reborn. A music room will hopefully emerge for my sweetie, from the wake of moving my artsy, crafty, designy operations to one central location. I'm in the market for some enchanted organizational items, you know the kind that do the work for you. Got any leads? Let me know... ;)
Recently I had the pleasure of creating the look for a new marketing blog by Dr. William Ward, aka Dr4Ward. I had a lot of patient guidance from Bill as he attempted to articulate the feeling he wanted me to create in visual form. It took a bunch of revisions but we came up with a great look for his online persona. I am very pleased with the result and thrilled to add it to my portfolio. Be sure to check out the Dr4ward marketing blog. There is lots of cool stuff there already. It seems that Dr4Ward was a born marketer and it all started while digging for worms.
